What you will learn when you work with Red River Journey

Red River Journey works with its participants via a range of mediums, from one on one sessions (including distance communication) to small group work, to workshops/seminars and even large group presentations.

Individuals are encouraged to undertake our extended programs to allow them to access and ingest the skills and knowledge to help them move forward in the direction they are seeking. Of course, specific issues can also be addressed on an individual and short term basis to accommodate specific needs.

No matter what approach you decide to adopt, everyone working with Red River Journey receives a continually updated manual to assist them in re-visiting strategies in their own time and space to ensure their growth can continue past the normal sessions with Red River Journey. More so, Red River Journey offers ongoing support for those “unusual” questions / concerns that have a habit of popping up at odd times – on becoming a client of Red River Journey you become part of our community, and you receive ongoing access to our members’ newsletters, tips and interesting articles.

What you will access and learn …

Within all our programs is a close attention to developing your ability to communicate, allowing you to better capture what is being delivered to you, and explain to others what you are experiencing.  You will learn how to utilise effective communications skills, such as:

  • Greater sensitivity to language and non-verbal behaviour Precision questioning skills

  • How to building rapport in both formal coaching and informal social situations towards establishing and maintaining healthy relationships
